Who We Serve
Progressive Synergie, Inc. serves youth, young adults, and adults who may be at risk of justice system involvement or re-involvement.
We support:

Youth and young adults ages 12–21 at risk of initial system contact

Adults 18 and older seeking support to successfully reintegrate and avoid recidivism

We work with individuals who may be experiencing:
School disengagement, unemployment, or unstable work history
Behavioral or decision-making challenges
Family, housing, or environmental stressors
Prior justice system involvement or diversion requirements
Difficulty navigating reentry expectations and community resources
Referrals may come from individuals themselves, families, probation or diversion programs, workforce partners, community organizations, or faith-based groups.
